There is no minimum storage period. We do require 4 weeks’ rent upfront, however if you only need storage for a shorter time, such as 2 weeks, we will happily refund the unused credit.
If you run out of space, you can either transfer your goods into a larger unit, or you can take a second storage unit out under your name. You will need to complete a new storage agreement for the new unit.
Yes, our facility is 24/7.
We ask that you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to moving out.
We do not allow access codes to be shared. Each authorised person named on your agreement form requiring access to the facility, will be issued with their own unique QR code. For security purposes, we also prefer that you are onsite with your removalist when moving items in or out of storage.
We have both recycling and general rubbish council bins onsite, preferably not for customer use, sorry.
